This is a tool to calculate the sample lenght at a specific bpm, number of bars and sample frequency (sp404mk2 is 48000hz). You can switch it around and calculate the bpm from the sample length and number of bars.

This is a handy tool for sp404mk2 users wants to trim sample to perfect loops so the samples stays in phase with each other when looped. Hopefully roland will fix this in a future update. in the meantime this how you trim sample length by exact numbers of samples on sp404mk2: 1 choose a sample 2 press "start/end" 3 hold "shift" and press "push enter". Now your in input mode. 4 use the pads 1-10 (10=0) to type in the exact lenght of the start and end points. you can use the "push enter" rotary encoder to select start or end point. questions?
